Gafford Builders is a leader in using new and innovative products in addition to energy-saving techniques, giving your home the most desirable mix of comfort, elegance and energy efficiency.
We have experience with houses ranging from 1300 square feet to 9000 square feet. We have built homes with front porches, stonework, energy-efficient products, smart home technology, pier and beam, and many other custom features.
We have experience building commercial projects including retail strip centers, airplane hangers, tenant buildouts, and restaurants.
We are one of only a few true "Design-Build" home builders in the area with house plans drawn in house by our staff. This approach allows us to bring the most value to your new home.

Dwayne Gafford
President
With over 39 years of experience in the construction industry, Dwayne has worked “hands on” with almost every trade and has over 6 years experience as a professional framing carpenter. Dwayne has also worked as a draftsman with an architectural firm and has been drawing house plans and small commercial projects since 1980.

Alyx Gafford Routh C.A.P.S.
VP of Construction
Alyx grew up in the building industry working on the construction jobs in high school. She joined the Gafford Builders team full time in 2013. Alyx continues to learn and educate herself in the industry and has grown into a highly respected manager, leader, and designer. Alyx is a Certified Aging in-Place Specialist (CAPS), and only one of a few lady's in the home building industry with this prestigious certification. She was award 2018 LREA for her Outdoor Kitchen design. She has been instrumental in bringing new technology and fresh ideas to the company.

Dana Gafford
VP of Finance
Dana has been the Financial manager for Gafford Builders since its incorporation and helped start the company. She also provides interior design, color coordination, and beauty to our homes. Dana is a talented sheetrock finisher, painter and all around Mrs. Fix it.
