Get Pre-Qualified
The first step will be to get pre-qualified, which will show you how much you can afford. This is accomplished by speaking with your financial institution and establishing what monthly payments you will be comfortable with. We can put you in touch with the professionals that make the process quick, easy and painless.
Determine Your Wants and Needs
This is the single most important step. By asking you a series of questions we will establish what type of new home you are looking for. Our goal is to make the building process easy and enjoyable. We also work with an interior designer who will help you pick out colors, flooring, and backsplash.
"Value Design"
At Gafford Builders, we draw our own plans in-house which always us complete control in the plan drawing process allowing you to maximize the value of your home design. This gives you the opportunity to adjust the plans to fit your needs and provide you with your dream home.
